- U.S. Orders: You’ll have access to real-time tracking updates throughout the entire delivery journey, from our fulfillment warehouse to your address.
- Canadian Orders: Initial tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch. Additionally, updates may become less frequent once the package leaves the United States. To stay informed, we encourage you to check the Canada Post website regularly for the latest status.
If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please follow these steps to resolve the issue efficiently:
- First, check with household members, neighbors, building management, or local mailrooms—packages are often left with someone you know or held at a nearby location if no one is available to receive them.

An order will be considered confirmed lost or unrecoverable if:
- U.S. Orders: No delivery has occurred within 15 business days after the order was dispatched.
- Canadian Orders: No delivery has occurred within 30 business days after the order was dispatched.
Once we’ve verified the order status with the carrier (a process that may take 5 to 10 business days), you may choose one of the following remedies:
- A full refund of your order amount, including the original shipping cost.
- A complimentary reshipment of your order, subject to availability in our fulfillment inventory.
